Scope of application

This Policy shall apply to:

  • Individuals who visit the AICRUMIT S.L. website (hereinafter, any reference to it shall also include its English version).
  • Individuals who voluntarily communicate with AICRUMIT S.L. via email or chat, or who complete any data collection forms published on the AICRUMIT S.L. website.
  • Individuals who request information about AICRUMIT S.L.’s products and services or who request to participate in any commercial activities of AICRUMIT S.L.
  • Individuals who formalize a contractual relationship with AICRUMIT S.L. by contracting its products and services.

AICRUMIT S.L. informs that, unless there is legally constituted representation, no user and/or client may use another person’s identity or provide their personal data. Therefore, the data provided to AICRUMIT S.L. must be personal data corresponding to the user’s own identity, and must be adequate, relevant, up-to-date, accurate, and truthful. In this regard, the user and/or client shall be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to third parties or to AICRUMIT S.L. as a result of using another person’s data or their own data when such data are false, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or irrelevant.

Likewise, any user and/or client who provides personal data of a third party shall be responsible for having obtained the corresponding authorization from the data subject, as well as for any consequences arising from failure to do so.

Similarly, the user and/or client who provides personal data to AICRUMIT S.L. declares that they are of legal age in accordance with Spanish law. Otherwise, they must refrain from providing data to AICRUMIT S.L. Any data provided regarding a minor shall require prior consent or authorization from parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who shall be considered responsible for the data provided by minors under their care.

This Policy shall apply on a subsidiary basis to any other specific personal data protection conditions that may be established and communicated, including but not limited to those provided through registration forms, contracts, and/or specific service conditions. Therefore, this Policy shall complement those where not expressly provided.

Purposes of Data Collection and Processing

AICRUMIT S.L., as data controller, informs users of the existence of various processing activities and files in which personal data communicated to AICRUMIT S.L. are collected and stored.

The purposes of such data collection and processing are as follows:

AICRUMIT S.L. as Data Processor

In accordance with Article 28 GDPR, AICRUMIT S.L. will process data on behalf of the client when necessary, under the following conditions:

  • Data will be processed only under the client’s instructions.
  • Data will be deleted after service completion, with possible retention for legal obligations.
  • Misuse of data will result in AICRUMIT S.L. being considered the data controller.
  • Confidentiality obligations apply during and after service provision.

Security measures will ensure:

  • Confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience.
  • Rapid recovery in case of incidents.
  • Regular evaluation of security measures.
  • Pseudonymization and encryption where applicable.

The client authorizes subcontracting of services necessary for service provision, subject to GDPR compliance.
